About PSA
PSA Grant Management LLC. and PSA Training & Consulting, LLC. are two small businesses owned and operated by Valarie and Dwayne Roy that work together to “CONNECT” industry training, funding resources, and consulting services for employers since 2007. Both businesses have created a working partnership with various sources to keep our client’s businesses growing through education and investment in their employees which will grow their business. PSA stands for “Professional Skill Advancement” and that is our objective. We strive to advance the professional skills of your team members for advancement. PSA works with several industries in the state of Louisiana and Texas and has two main offices: Shreveport and Metairie, Louisiana.
