Training
Our Training Services include “industry- merge” onsite training; creating courses that merge an employer’s policies and procedures with current industry standards. We have three primary programs: Healthcare, Safety & Aviation, and General Business.
1. Our Healthcare Division employs trainers that are nurses or healthcare professionals who have Train the Trainer certifications or advanced degrees in the healthcare industry. We have a large selection of courses for the Healthcare Industry that meets OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid, JACHO, and DHH requirements.
2. Our Safety Division employs OSHA 501 Authorized Outreach Trainers who have extensive industry experience in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Aviation (USAF Crew Chiefs). We have a large selection of safety courses that meet OSHA, FAA, and insurance requirements and regulations for annual training programs. PSA can provide customized training solutions, which are industry and facility specific.
3. Our General Business Division employs trainers that are well versed in Sales, Soft Skills, MS Office Suite, Human Resources, and we also have National Train the Trainers for the True Colors programs (Personal Success, Teambuilding, Communication, and True Coaching) (www.truecolors.com).
We have a large selection of these courses that will help develop your employees and teams to increase social awareness, reduce workplace violence and harassment, increase professionalism and retention while keeping your compliance issues and regulatory training problems to a minimum.

Distance learning is instructor lead training hosted virtually. Our training experts will guide you or your team in the learning process. We may accommodate our clients distance learning training needs, just ask us how we can help!

Our E-Learning platform is our best value for our clients. Individual learners or our business partners may use our online learning platform to level up their teams performance!
